My Girls!

It was all about glitter and curls around the Bogart house! I know the girls were sick of getting curled up, but I think they had a lot of fun too! On friday night I felt so bad for Darci because as I was curling she couldn't stay awake! Her poor little eyes would roll back in her head and her head would start bobbing. I even took a break and told her to go lay down, but it didn't work. As soon as she got down from the curling she was wide awake! I think they were the most beautiful girls out on the dance floor!

Darci - Pirate Dance

Darci came on the dance floor with all the cheese! She was so full of it! She spotted Grandma and Grandpa and that was it. Waving and acting like she was shy.........

When it came down to the dancing she was all about business! She followed her dance teacher really well and she was a little dancing queen!

Wow! Another year of school has ended. Bryton is done with Elementary School! Yikes! The last day of school was another crazy day! I was a proud parent at the awards assembly. Bryton received the Academic Presidential Award for having good ISAT scores, good GPA and overall a great student!


C.L. won a $100 prepaid Visa card from the local Masons who sponsor a reading award for each grade. He got a ticket put in for each book read. He was pretty excited, and the decision on what to spend it on is killing him!

Bryton and C.L. both received the "Perfect Attendance" award. Of course after the fact that last year Bryton only missed a half of day from getting "perfect" she was excited to finally have achieved this award. She has wanted this award since Kindergarten!

Then the grand finale of the day was the drawing for the IPOD. Bryton won! She was so excited I thought she was going to cry! It is a very cute bright blue IPOD nano and she is really proud of it!

We are really proud of both kids for being such great students! Couldn't ask for more!

Bryton & Madyson's Hot Air Balloon

Bryton and Madyson had an assignment for 5th grade science that they had to make a Hot Air Balloon out of Tissue Paper. It was really fun to watch and they did a really good job. Oh and it was hat day, so Bryton went to Grandma Pearson's to find the biggest/most bizarre hat!

Spring Fever

Darci! Never a dull moment with my girl...... So we were out in the yard and Carson had the sprinklers going for the first time. Darci decided to play in them. After she came and showed me her soggy clothes I told her to go and lay on the trampoline to dry out.... When I went around the corner this is what I found!

Bryton 11th Birthday

Wow! Where has the time gone??? I cannot believe that my Baby is 11. She is growing up so fast. We are really proud of her and how smart and responsible she is. I don't know what I would do without her. She is always willing to help out around the house and help me with the kids. She is growing into a great babysitter too!
